Need plug in for 'Services' directory - listing perhaps Countrys and or States

I would like to have a directory area on the forum for forum members to advertise / list the services they can provide - and perhaps have it

(In the USA) - by state
Worldwide - by country and or perhaps by city..

Like this:

USA:

Alaska:

A1 Plumbing services (details of business, contact info, pictures)
Zebra photography (details of business, contact info, pictures)

California:

Lemo lemonade (details of business, contact info, pictures)
Whatever secondhand car dealership (details of business, contact info, pictures)

New York

Acme Psychiatry (details of business, contact info, pictures)

ARGENTINA

Beef Beef Beef (details of business, contact info, pictures)

Canada

Moose mania - (details of business, contact info, pictures)

I was daydreaming that NuWiki (with its alphabetized post list) might work for this..

Is there a purpose built services / directory plug in ?
