Is it possible to upgrade straight from 3.6.8 to 3.7.0?

or do I have to do 3.6.8 to 3.6.9 and then 3.6.9 to 3.7.0

I have downloaded the 3.7.0 and I am about to go through the upgrade procedure but am unsure of the above.

Please advise,

just upgrade straight to 3.7

You can upgrade straight from there, just follow the steps and keep clicking the "Next" button
