Hi All,

i have a question:

i have now a sort of vip zone in my forums. To get acces to it, people pay by paypall (set in the subscription manager)

When the paid is made, the users get move to a usergroup VIP (with acces permissions to the forum)

Now my question, how can i set it that after the subscription experes the usergroup is changed back to normal? i though this was automaticly but appearantly not

Now i need to change them back manualy and takes a lot of time.

Please give suggestions,

If the move is automatic, the revert should also be automatic. There are known issues on occasion with this already though... but from what I understand, vB staff cannot figure out why it sometimes does not work correctly.

I have just set up a paid section on my site but havn't tested it fully yet.

My site is about secrets and loopholes so if they get away with not paying again i can't really complaighn i suppose lol.
