Today my forum starting throwing the same error described here:

I need a fix for this ASAP but for some reason, I can't seem to log in the vbulletin forums or members area. Not sure if they are having trouble with the site or what.

I have tried disabling everything as advised, but the problem still remains. I have made no changes to the board recently and am dumbfounded as to what can be causing this.

Blocking out the file and line isn't going to help you...
