Hello I saw in which forum that there are lines in the two of the sides of the forum.
I wanted to know how I add as those also in my Forum mine..

can be accomplished using a background image via CSS

You have a custom style and thus no one would be able to help you.
So, I suggest doing a search on the net for "CSS background image".

the trick is to set it to the container of the body (content)
