Profile Field Options Display Image in Postbit According to Option Selected?

I'm wanting to have a profile field that is drop-down list of options, and depending on the option selected, a different image is displayed in the postbit_legacy. What is the easiest/best way to do this?

For example. The profile field is called "Color" with drop-down options of black, white, blue and red. Each has a black, white, blue or red image associated with them and I want to display that image in the postbit_legacy. If the member selects red in their profile, the red image is displayed.
