I just implemented a skin called bubblegum, its fluid so it resizes to whatever browser size or screen resolution it needs to. The only problem is the banner isn't what I want for my site.

How can I design a fluid banner that will resize with the skin?

Something to do with a constant/cloned image, until the end of the width.

The easiest way is to make a table with 2 columns. The first column will hold your logo, while the second column will have a 1 px wide repeating image as a background. If you need the css and the header code, PM me.
