Hide parts of "Additional Info" in member profile!

Hey all, how do I or is it possible to have members fill in required information in the member profile, but hide it from the rest of the forum, so the information only is available/visible to mods and admins?

PS: I found a way to hide a profile field to certain usergroups only, but I want the information to be visible to everybody in postbit_legacy & hidden in the "additional info" of a member profile.
