How Do I Seperate Whole Forum Into Two Sections? [RESOLVED]

Hi and thank you for helping me on this matter.

I want to seperate my whole forum into two different sections. I want the extra section to be the section where the users play a text-based RPG game.

I want it too look like this:


So my question is, how do I do what is shown in the "after" image (shows two seperate sections).
