I added custom page on my board with code below.

At the moment any one can access to these pages.

I want only register users to access this page and not guests.

any idea how to do?

Short of wrapping the entire template in an IF Conditional, it isn't possible. You may want to take a look at an alternative way of creating new pages: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=98009

Using the method described in that post, you can deny permission based on conditions.
