Adding a meta tag to vbulletin?

Copy the META tag listed below and paste it in your site's home page in the first <HEAD> section of the page, before the first <BODY> section.

This is for Google's Webmaster Tools im trying to verify ownership to my site. How would i add that meta tag into my vbulletin for verification
