I am looking for a simple registration form in which I can get users to register for a Tournament, with these details:

Gamertag:
Email address:
Choosen Team:

Once the user has registered it takes them to a page that says Thanks for registering, once I have a collection of members I can delete them and start it for a new tournament.

This can be PHP or html

well im not sure if the team hack was ported over to 3.6 but it seems like it would do what you ask. ill search for it and see if it has.
