I Banned A Member For Spamming And He Keeps Coming With New Ip Adress.He Is Using Wirless Connection.Can Some One Help Me Out.

He Is So Annoying.Keeps Coming Each 3 Minutes.

Make your settings so you can't have more than 1 registration per e-mail address and e-mails have to be validated. If that doesn't stop him and he obtains multiple e-mail addies then usually those types will use hotmail or one of those free e-mail services. Block those e-mails. If that doesn't work then set it up to where you have to approve all new members.
