sponsors image in the sub forums?

I want to do this to my 3.6.0. version forum, I found a hack for the older version, but it didnt work on the 3.6.0. so I am asking if any one knows how to do this?... here is an example from another forum...

I will apriciate all the help... thank you in advance...
