Okay, I have no idea how nutty this idea might be, but at least I have the sense to ask people before trying it.
Suppose I wanted to use a simple free java chat applet on my vbulletin board. I've already figured out I can't put the code in a thread and use it that way, so... supposing I put it in one of the templates I'm not using anyway, like the Forum Rules template (which is empty) - would that put the chatroom at the bottom of each page? (Without creating havoc otherwise?) Thanks for your time! |

Make a new template for it then you can all it wherever you want it to show up.

I do thank you for your reply

Wow, that's very kind of you - thanks!
Right now I'm waiting for someone to respond to someone else's post (on VB.com) asking basically the same thing about creating a template. If I don't understand the answer (which is often the case), I'll take you up on that! Thanks again! |
