fairly simple problem when sum1 gives another person rep points i think the person gets the amount of rep points that the person giving them a rep point added to theirs heres an example the person has 800points then sum1 gives them a rep point and it goes up to 2000+ can any1 tell me how to fix this ?

It will depend on the Reputation Power if the user that is giving the rep.

so they cant just get 1 every time some1 trys to they get what ever that person has ? and it cant be changed ?

There are a lot of settings in the vB options that control how much Rep Power someone can get.
