what is the best vbulletin directory solution?

does anyone have any thoughts/experience with that product? i am looking for a directory solution that allows for real user interactivity and user ratings. the one over at nicecoder.com is one i really like, although i want better integration with vbulletin than what he is offering. any thoughts? i am running vbulletin 3.0.3.
