ACP/Send mass PM to some usergroup for vB3?

There's some hack allow you to send PM to some usergroup in vB2

Is there any hack available to do the same thing in vB3.0?

I would like some function "Send PM to users" to send PM to some group, just like it is in Sending Email to Users in ACP.
