The equivalent of the Karma hack. For a comparison I only have 18 points and that means 18 people have rated me (I think).

No, for each + vote you get 10 points. Look in your user CP to see how many votes you have gotten.

Nope, admins only have the power to give 10+ points

. Mods and users give 1-4 I think; not checked in a bit/
