Hiding some things in modifyavatar template.

I want to hide the option for users to delete their current avatar, but only if they belong to a certain group.

I tried using a if conditional but it didn't seem to work at all.

I tried putting this whole part inside the if statement, didn't work

Is there another way of doing this or am i just editing the wrong thing. I've attached what i want to hide from a certain member group. Thanks

On a quick view i don't see anything wrong with that conditional.
