i noticed that some forums have links under their forums to different things including other forums. I would like to do this to cut down on the scolling needed to get to the forums on the bottom of the page. How do I do this? an example of kind of what I want is http://www.sportscardisland.com/forums/index.php they have links under forum titles. I know this isn't vbulletin but I believe I have seen this before.

This IS vBulletin that site is using.

They are using the multicolumn for Subcategories hack, i think made by Erwin.
