Im looking in my admin section for the proper code which pulls up the LAST POSTED thread info to my INDEX.PHP page for my boards

For example if you go here http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/index.php?
youll see one of the columns is called
Last Post

and in that first cell section is shows
vBulletin Development Update:...

When someone else posts in that vBulletin Announcements section
some other thread with corresponding link will show up.

Where can i find the code that pulls this info and places it there?

Reason im asking is because i can actually program the use of the same code into other pages of my website so people can be directed to the boards via a LAST POSTED link that would show where id like it to show
