Hi folks,
I have to copy a huge number of templates from one instance of vbulletin to another. I guessed the quickest way was to copy over the templates in the "template" table itself. But after copying over the tables, I dont see the new templates in the vbulletin admincp. I understand that there is a "style" table too, that keeps a count on how many templates you have in the system. Do I need to update this table, if yes, how ? Thanks Sharad. |

Have you tried exporting / importing the style itself from the admincp? I think that might be the best way to go.

I had to goto "Import & Maintenance" -> "Update Counters" -> "Rebuild Styles" to let vbulletin know of uploaded templates in template table. Worked like a charm !
Thanks, Sharad. |
