Help with custom page

I'm trying to teach myself to make custom pages with vBulletin built in, and I appear to be in a bit of a sticky wicket.

I'm happy I got the database values to print out without incident, butthe little collapsible object isn't working, and there are no pop uptables for the navbar menus. I'm trying to figure out exactly what Imessed up, but I'm currently drawing a blank. Any help would be greatlyappreciated.
