A few requests that I cannot find

This site is huge so sometimes the search returns too much / too broad no matter what I type (sometimes not sure what the hacks would be called either lol)

I'm looking for the following

1. Left column in showthread (like phpbb left column shows member info / avatar, stats, etc). Is this referred to as postbit or something?
2. Forumhome polls (I made a right side column, want to add a last poll to forumhome - or even a custom poll)
3. Which arcade is better? vbarcade or ibproarcade (forgot exact name sorry)

Question:
If I create my own new template in vbulletin admin area obviously, how do I know what the link is to that new page?
