I'm trying to change the locations of certain elements, and I'm pretty new to this, so please bear with me.
I want to move the navbar button menu (that's the thing that has links to the user cp etc, right?) above the welcome panel, and I want to lower the welcome panel so that the top of my background can be seen, and/or I'd like to make the banner of the welcome panel transparent. Anyone who can help with this, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! |

welcome panel - on forumhome, about the arrow pic you want to move
im not sure that the pop up menu will work (never tested it) but you can edit it via navbar template |

How do I edit it? I'm very new to this, and not very familiar with php, so I'm kind of lost.
Thanks for the help! |
