This in theory seems to be a great feature, however in practice, it stops responding after 500 or so emails, and must be restarted. I've tried settings of 10, 5 and 3 at a time. Is there a hack that will build in a 30 second pause between pages? Example, if setting for 10 mails at a time, the screen displays a Next Page button and immediately refreshes to the next page. How about a 30 second pause before the page refreshes automatically?

Also, it would be nice to have a Pause / Resume button to manually pause the refresh next to the Next Page button. With a 30 delay before auto refreshing, an Admin could suspend the mail delivery until he hits Resume.
