Some sort of Error

I don't really know why, but my board seems to be showing the quotes ("") in reputation points as " does anyone have an idea why this happens and how to fix it?

sounds like you used one htmlspecialchars() to often.

have you hacked the reputation things or not?

Well, yes. but in other board, where I am also admin, has the same problem and nothing was hacked there.
