Signature restriction hack??????

I want to add a hack to limit the size of signature image someone can use for their profile. I have searched for a hack that does this but can't find one. Has anyone seen one or know where I can get one........?

Basically i want to limit the sig size to 450 x 150 and 100k

any thoughts?
