loggin in problems for new members

Hi,

I'm getting a lot of email lately about new members who are able to post??

i just joined and i cant log in i go to post in a thread then it says log in i enter my name and password and the it says thank you for logging in but then i go to post and the same ++++ comes up help me out ehh

what's wrong here? Some kind of cokie error or something.. how can i fix this so that the login does work properly.
