I already own a VB license...Is it necessary to buy some pack from here also for the support....I heard regarding that in some vb based board....

You are showing up licensed to me and should be able to post in any of the publicly-viewable forums.

You only need to buy the one liscense from vbulletin.com

After you purchase that, they will give you a form to insert the e-mail address(s) that you would use to register on these support forums...if that and their code matches, you have download rights, posting rights, etc.
