How to add selection 2 or 3 language in register page ???

- I have many friends in many country, but my friends knows only one language, others is not. So, I want put new fieldset cho select (or choice) 2 or 3 Language in Register Page (i think put it before fieldset timeszone). I uses Vbulletin version 3.0.1.

PS : I known VBulletin version 2.xx do it perfectly, but Vbulletin 3.0 is not yet.
