Unable to add cookies, Header Already Sent WON'T go away.

We're trying to integrate vB3 logins and various bits of info (Latest posts, Latest events) onto that page. But, if you're not logged in, you always get that error. It's a non-vB page, but we're calling global.php.

You can log in with Pretty Lush/qwerty (http://www.xblgamers.com/forums) to see what it looks like when logged in. Here's Line 1 on indexnew.php

There are no spaces. Before or after. And if I remove that, it says error on line 14, which is then <style type="text/css">

It's getting really frustrating
