http://www.bowlie.com this forum has a setting on top right to change forum language.

how can I get this on my forums?

I know about the language packs and et all.. But how can I translate the content on my board to another language? I have been searching on the fourms.. no HELP!!!

If you mean with the content, the posts made on your site, i suggest you have a look at some online page translator services.
