What have I do that I can use ACP in UTF-8 ?

To have working my vB2.2.9 by UTF-8
I made corrections to the templates "forumhead" and "homeinclude" - inserted META tag with charset=utf-8
Now, all forum pages are diplaying in UTF-8. OK.

But Administator Control Panel are displaying in Western European (Windows) instead of UTF-8.

What have I do that I can use ACP in UTF-8 ?

For me it is important because another part of my forum is working in UTF-8.
