Greetings!

I'm looking for a couple of modifications, maybe someone of you can help me out.

First of all I want a similar look to:

The graphics I'm making myself, but the modifications?... Maybe someone can guide me to how to obtain these (if they're publically available)

For instance, how do I get vB to show these USER-statistics?

AND, how do I get the:

"Page generated in 0.3475580 seconds (-273.19% PHP - 373.19% MySQL) with 28 queries."

on the lower part of the page.

I'd love to hear how these effects are applied, because I've been looking around now for awhile.

Also, the user stats on this page is pretty cool, is _that_ publically available?
