I logged in to this forum to download the importer for phpbb2 to vbulletin.

When i click on the download link, i get a no permissions error, so i add my username to the form, but i keep getting thrown back into the login area.

the login id and password (vbulletin customer number and password) is definitely correct because i am able to login the members area at vbulletin.com itself...

what'swrong? i need to move the forums quick!!!!

As the moderators will say:
m00mo0, to download hacks and get support you will need to go to this page and enter your email address, to show you are licensed. Note: some people have reported the email address is case-sensitive so you need to enter it "exactly" as you did on these forums.

If what you're explaining is that you've already done this, and you are the sole webmaster, then PM one of the mods, or continue to wait for their response here. If there is a main administrator at your forums, make sure he has added your username to the list over at vBulletin.com.

You must enter your e-mail, not username.

where does it show if someone is licensed?

Only mods can see if someone is licensed or not... we have special X-ray vision...
