I have my forum blocked for viewing by unregistered users, but the users I'm targeting are rather new to online discussion forums. What template do I change so I can make it easier for them to understand they need to register?

I don't want to change the registration form, I simply want to change the template they initially see on first visit so the text is more indicative of the fact they need to register.

error_nopermission_loggedout and username_loggedout are the two templates that you would want to edit.
