IdealBB Conversion Possible

I was referred to this site by the people at vBulletin.

We are actively seeking to use the vBulletin for our sites. We currently use IdealBB and want to change asap.

I am wondering if anyone here would be able to assist us with this by converting our forums to the vBulletin package.

We are not experienced in PHP/MySQL but fast learners although this task I believe would be a little above us right now. We are running Windows, MS SQL currently so we would need to install PHP/MySQL - we can do this but I would think you might be better at actually setting it up to get the best performance.

Any advice/assistance would be greatly appreciated.
