I want to have the following:

When logged in as Owner (usergroup 6) or Administrator (usergroup 5): left next to user cp a link to the admin cp and mod cp.
When logged in as Super Moderator (usergroup 9) or Moderator (usergroup 7): left next to user cp a link to the mod cp.
I tried something I found here somewhere but that didn't work. Could someone help me please?
