i posted few days ago a thread in "Troubleshooting" at vB.com:

i did the exact same post, here at vB.org and got someone helping me rightaway (firefly, who else..

) and confirm for me the bug (present also in VB3):

that gives me one more reason to never visit that site again (except the members area). the stuff there give me the impression that they dont care about anyone. that's my personal oppinion, ofcourse.

Hmm.. Well I guess it is better, its more towards helping people then just talking about vb. I personally have never really gone to vb.com except when the hacks where there. I like vb.org much better without post counts and hacks made

i go there hit get new post. read about 3 or 4 and get sick of the spam. i keep thinking its going to get better

Well Firefly could have answered your question over there since he is paid to do so, on his own schedule, but I don't think he is doing support there anymore since he posted that he never visits anymore.

Actually a clarification here. None of the vB Mods are paid to provide support on the forums.

talking to you as a friend, freddie, i dont blame firefly to say this. you saw the cinema that is going in there? no need to give you examples, you know better then me.

i'm glad that vB.org is here. as much as you think we are bad mouth, we help eachothers alot. anyone can back me up on this.. and if we see some bad apple in the garden we (at least me) try to make them understand that this is not a way to deal with the community.

i will always be a proud vB.org member. and even with no hacks, or posts i will still post as before.. every day 6-10 posts.

all the best, and come here more often to participate to discussions, not just to browse...

ur a valuable asset for vB, so dont ignore us.
