I was checking vbb.org out and I noticed the outstanding job you did with the discuss hack forums.
Anyways, I was wondering if it would be possible to have a link that would create a new post with a subject defined on a query string, so for instance if you wanted to discuss the pm hack, you would click on this link , that would create a new thread on the assigned forum. Am I confusing you?

Well having that assigned a check would be needed to see whether or not the thread exists, if so it would instead reply to it.
Thats a hack that Im willing to try, I need to know whether or not this can be done via s link.
