Looking for help to....

Ok, what I am looking to do is start a graphics database for users of not only vBulletin, but other bulletin boards as well. I am sure if you have looked at or vistited iBHackers.com, you will know what I am wanting done to my forum.

If you have never been to the site and do not want to visit it, I will tell you what I am wanting to do here. iBHackers.com, instead of having teh subject text box where you type the text you are seeing here, they have a few one-line text boxes such as below, all you do is enter the information in the text boxes and it comes out just like the below for each post:

One of each:

Name:
Description:
Author:
Compatibility:
Demo:
Review:
File:

Most of the above are self explanitory as to what they should do, what I am wondering is, would anyone be interested in doing this or telling me how. I would really like to do this as soon as possible but I have the slightest clue as to how to do it.

Any help is appreciated, I will try to explain better if you are still unsure of what I am talking about.
