No New Thread Button and Cant Register

Hi,

I recently installed vbb 2.2.1, and I put 200 custom titles, 400 avatars and 100 smilies on. Now, to have someone visit your forum and say they cant register. So I was going to log out by going to new thread then clicking log out, but I couldnt. Why? Because there was No NEW THREAD button.

I restored to original all the files I had edited for hacks, and it still wouldn't work. If you want to see my forums, go to http://www.teleblaze.com/phpforums/ and see if you can tell me whats wrong.
