I'm trying to figure out why the board still post a topic when a infraction is given in the special section. I would prefer it to post it on the homepage under a hidden section that only admins moderators can do.

Changing the setting to where the post is to be made does not work.

Same here, or I'd like the option of it not posting at all.

Create a forum and set it to display order 0.

Then change the Post Reporting Discussion Forum to that forum.
