Default Downloading modifications
Hello. I'm a technical administrator at a Polish forums community called forum.thesims.pl and I've been wondering if there's a way to fully use vbulletin.org without having to buy own vbulletin license first. The thing is while I'm responsible for ACP part of our forums(templates, hooks & plugins, maintenance) I'm not the person who bought vbulletin. The firm which bought forums bought it alongside with vbulletin license. But back to the question: is there a way for people like me to download mods and seek help on this forums or do I have to ask my bosses to download stuff for me? I'm especially interested in hooks and ACP help.
