how do this?configured in AdminCP Message Posting Options Doublepost but did not work

I was able to install a mod that makes this possible, but only shows the time, does not show the date I'm also wondering

If you are using a mod, you need to ask in that modifications thread.

Not sure what you mean by that. If you are seeking help with your mod, then you need to ask in the thread where you downloaded the modification from.
