The game "RUSH"

About a month ago I downloaded a game called, RUSH. I've always been a big fan of the Battlefield series, BF1942 was the first BF series game I ever played. That was back in 2002. Since then I've played all the BF series games, BF2, BF3, BF4, and all mods and extensions they offered. I've also played all the Call Of Duty series. These games are basically all the same.

As taught in the military and as a fan of all the great real world commanders, real strategies can be used to be successful in these games, "Shoot, move, communicate" is the way to be a great player using teamwork.

RUST is TOTALLY different than any of the other games I have played. When you first start playing, you start out with nothing but a rock, a bandage, and a torch and, you are butt naked! This game is based on survival after the world has been through a nuclear catastrophe. So, you have to gather available resources to make clothes, eat, shelter yourself, defend against wild animals, and fight off others that want to take all your stuff.

The resources available are, animals (for food, cloth, and animal fat), different type rock ore for metal fragments (for tools, weapons and structures), sulfur and ash (for gunpowder), wood for building structures, keeping warm and cooking your food.

A very succesful strategy in this game, (teamwork) is about the only comaparison to all the other battle type games. Those of us that play the game seriously (if that's possible will form tribes to help gather the goods we need, fight off other tribes and occasionally have raids on others to get their supplies.

I really like this game! So much in fact I've gotten my own server. In the past 5 weeks I've played over 400 hours! A rather habitual game I wonder if there is such a thing as gamers anonymous?
