I have paid subscriptions set up and, when a subscription is due, the system automatically sends an email reminding people they need to renew. So far so good...
Unfortunately it also sends that message to banned members which, of course, I don't want. Is there any way to stop the system sending any emails to the banned usergroup? Thanks. |

remove their email from their profile

Yes, I can do that, but I have quite a few people in the banned usergroup, to do all of them would be a little time consuming. I was hoping there would be a setting, or even a mod, that would do it for the entire usergroup.

Yep, I can do that too, but the problem is there are probably quite a few people in the banned list that have subscriptions. I would have to get a list of all the banned users then get a list of all the subscriptions then go through them to match up those that need removing. Also very time consuming. In future, if somebody is banned I can remove them if they have a subscription, no problem, but it's cleaning up all the old ones that's the issue here. |

just do it via a query anyone with a subscription in that group

That sounds like a plan. Unfortunately I'm not so good with SQL queries. Could you give me an example of what I need?
