Plugins not Loading

I have installed VSA chat box and advanced forum statistics, They just seem to be stuck loading, also when i tried to Write a message on the chat box it cam up with this

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

Please help
